Getting a faster answer

If your message is about an order, including these details means we can usually sort it in one reply rather than three:

• Your order number — it starts with # and is in your confirmation email
• The email address you used at checkout
• Photographs, if something has arrived damaged or is not working

Where is my order?

Delivery takes 10–14 business days to UK addresses, including processing time. You will have received a tracking link by email once your order was dispatched. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return something?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, even if your pet has used it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to start one.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we will update it. Once an order is with the courier we are unable to change the address.

My order arrived damaged.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
